Four months after driving the vehicle she started experiencing problems with the transmission which caused the vehicle to shudder and the 4WD light to illuminate while in 2WD. She subsequently provided Nissan at least four (4) more opportunities to repair the defects, but the problems still remained. A Fresno, California man says he may have died after buying a used 2009 Dodge RAM with an open recall on it. The vehicle had undergone a 125 point inspection, but after owning it for approximately four months, the drive shaft separated from the rear axle while he was driving on Highway 41. According to the general sales manager of the dealership, the missed recall was a case of human error, but an Action News investigation shows that the problem is wide spread with dealerships across the Valley. When the Law Offices of Delsack & Associates, P.C. were contacted by a California resident experiencing steering problems with his 2010 Chevrolet Traverse, we were not surprised to see that the SUV had five (5) technical service bulletin’s issued for the steering system. The owner said he purchased the Traverse in June, 2010, and by August, 2011 already had four (4) unsuccessful repair attempts by a GMC dealer. The owner of a 2009 Chevrolet HHR contacted the Law Offices of Delsack & Associates, P.C. after experiencing repeated problems with her vehicle. She purchased the wagon new in September 2010 and drove it for only a month when it started loosing power under normal operating conditions. Persistent problems resulted in the vehicle being returned to a GMC dealer, seven (7) more times for issues that include:

We had a gentleman call us about a problem with the T-top in his 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Whenever the vehicle was driven in heavy rain, water would leak in from the middle of the top and drip down onto the dashboard. The first time he experienced the problem was when the vehicle was new with only 900 miles on it.
