2008 GMC Acadia Buyback For Steering & Transmission Problems
A man from Simi Valley California contacted us about his 2008 GMC Acadia. It had over 50,000 miles on the vehicle but his recurrent problems had started at just over 5,000 miles. He kept having problems with the steering column and transmission. After 10 repairs he decided it was time to call the Law Offices of Delsack & Assoc. He was a previous client of Mr. Delsack’s so he knew the drill. He emailed us copies of his purchase agreement, repair orders, registration, and title (he owned the vehicle). Aston Martin Repeated Repairs For Throttle Control
Aston Martin North America have filed a defect information notice with the NHTSA because of an issue related to the throttle pedal arm in certain 2008-2014 vehicles. This notice supersedes NHTSA campaign 13V-228. Any vehicle that has been repaired under the previous recall will be asked to return their automobiles to have the problem remedied again. The military client bought the vehicle while stationed in Ohio before he was transferred to California. Does Your 2014 Infiniti Q50 Have Repeated Steering Problems?

Lemon Alert! Dodge Ram Truck O2 Sensors
The job of an oxygen sensor in a vehicle is to compare the oxygen content coming out of the exhaust to the oxygen content in the exhaust stream. This helps the vehicle computer determine whether to enrich or lean the fuel mixture, allowing the catalytic converter to operate more efficiently and reduce emissions into the environment. Exhaust byproducts can often block the sensor’s element over time causing poor fuel economy and increased emissions. Continue reading
