2010 GMC Acadia Repeated Repair Attempts
The Law Offices of Delsack & Associates, P.C. were approached by the owner of a 2010 GMC Acadia who was currently on active military duty in California. He was uncertain whether his vehicle qualified as a lemon because it had been purchased in another state. We explained that the California Lemon Law was expanded in January 2008. 2012 Nissan Versa CA Lemon Law Buyback
Six months after purchasing a new 2012 Nissan Versa, the owner was returning to her dealership for repairs. The car was experiencing repeated problems with the HVAC system including a defective AC evaporator, compressor, and condenser; as well as defective driver and passenger seats. The vehicle had been out of service for over 54 days and the problems were still not fixed. 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Buyback For Engine Defects
After six (6) unsuccessful repair attempts, the owner of a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado decided to contact our California lemon law offices for advice. He was experiencing repeated problems with several systems in his truck, including smoke from the exhaust, a check engine light that remains on, and a defective rear door. 2014-2015 BMW X5 Airbag Problem
A small number of 2014-2015 BMW X5 owners will be returning to their dealerships to repair a safety problem with the Head Protection System (HPS). According to reports filed with the NHTSA, the connection between the HPS air bag and the gas generator may have been manufactured out of specification. 2014-2015 Kia Soul Acceleration Defect
Kia will be notifying owners of certain 2014-2015 Kia Soul and Soul Electric vehicles about a safety defect that could result in difficult acceleration. Due to bending of an unsupported section of the accelerator pedal, the pedal could fracture if excessive force is applied. Field experience and testing indicates that such force has only occurred when stationary, but if drivers continue to operate their vehicle with this problem, it may increase the risk of an accident.
