The Law Offices of Delsack & Associates, P.C. were contacted by the owner of a 2012 Mercedes Benz SLK250 who was experiencing problems with his vehicles engine, driver’s seat, command system, and navigation system. He had already given a manufacturer approved repair facility six (6) opportunities to fix the defects, but the problems would always return. After reviewing his repair orders and lease contract, we determined he had a valid claim to have the vehicle repurchased and we immediately went to work on his case. Within a relatively short period after filing our demand, Mercedes-Benz agreed to buy back the SLK250, pay off the balance of the lease, and reimburse our client for the down payment and monthly payments, less the mileage fee allowed under the California Lemon Law. All of our attorney fees were also paid by Mercedes. Our client was thrilled to get rid of his defective vehicle and be reimbursed for the monies he had paid.
