According to a recall report submitted to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), General Motors will be recalling over 8,000 2013 Chevrolet Malibu vehicles because one or more rear suspension bolts may have not been torqued to the manufacturers specification. The problem could result in sudden changes in the vehicles handling increasing the chance of an accident.
