Ford Repeated Repair Attempts For Steering
Ford will be asking owners of certain 2005-2011 Ford Crown Victoria, 2005-2011 Lincoln Town Car, and 2005-2011 Mercury Grand Marquis to return their vehicles to their dealership to inspect a previous repair. According to the defect report, vehicles repaired under the previous safety recall 13V-385, may have been improperly serviced. Hyundai Equus & Genesis Brake Light Problem
Hyundai will be asking the owners of certain 2011 Equus and 2009–2011 Genesis cars to return their vehicles to a manufacturer approved repair facility for a safety problem affecting the braking system. According to reports filed with the NHTSA website, diode failure within the stop lamp circuit could result in the lights becoming inoperative. If the stop lamps are not working, a following vehicle may not recognize that the vehicle is slowing or stopping, increasing the chance of a rear end crash. Owners wanting more information about the problem are asked to contact Hyundai customer service at 1-714-865-3920. Hyundai’s number for this recall is 125 and the NHTSA Campaign number is 14V713.

Acura MDX & RLX Seat Belt Problem
A part dimension error in the seat belts of certain 2014-2015 Acura MDX and 2014 Acura RLX vehicles will have approximately 43,000 owners returning to their dealership to have the defect repaired. According to reports, the relationship between the tolerances within the seat belt re-tractor versus low temperatures could affect the operation of the belts. 2014-2015 Mazda6 Tire Monitoring Problem
Certain 2014–2015 Mazda6 vehicles may not meet the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety standards for tire pressure monitoring (TPMS). According to reports filed on the NHTSA website, if the pressure in all four tires gradually drop at the same time, the TPMS may not detect the drop and could fail to alert the driver.
